Sleep

An essential!

  • Being awake causes toxins to form. When Sleeping, the Neurons shrink leading the toxins to be washed out.

  • We need at least seven-eight hours of sleep a night

Meditation

Purpose of Meditation is to connect both the Mind and the Body.

  • Implant a Thought

  • Learning about the Emotions: Writing down each thought and emotions

  • Help to Rebuild the Data of the Mind when learning something new.

Rewards

For growth, it is important to give yourself dopamine through different methods at the many steps in life, especially with big goals that we excel in. Even planning as Dopamine is in the business of pleasure.

Breaks

Take periodic notes throughout the day so your Working Memory is clean, organize these notes as you take them if possible. Anything older than three days unorganized will put you significantly behind.

Starting with the hardest tasks first will allow the breaks throughout the day to break up these complex problems into manageable pieces.
