The 20 second says that you take the 20 seconds to feel the negative emotions when about to do a task you do not want to do. After the 20 seconds, you dive in and work on the task.

If you are aware of this and have been battling this issue, you should look back at your goal list to remind you what your doing. If you fail to follow up and not correct this habit, you could soon face Anhedonia.
Illusion of Competence
Looking at something and telling yourself you know to do it already. This something could be a someone else's solution or work they put into something.
